TRP School Photography-Session Information

We try to make the "photo day" experience as fun and with as little impact on the classes as possible. What does this really mean. Well first it means that we work with our schools and teachers to make picture day as stress free as possible. Weather that requires us to assist the teachers in bringing the children from the classes when it is their turn or simply being set up and ready at the time we agreed to. We supply the school with several notices about the day that can be sent home as well as possters to hang on the doors that let parents know about the upcoming day.

Second we make having to have their picture taken fun for the kids. We treat every child with respect calling them by their name and talking to them so that they feel more comfortable. The greatest compliment we can recive is seeing one of the children we photograph away from the school and having them be excited to introduce their parents to us.

Third it means doing everything we can to deliver a portrait that the parents wll cherish for years to come. From checking everyimage to make sure the color is correct to having our images printed at a professional lab on high quality photo paper.

We Make The Photo Process Easy For You

Schedule a convenient date and time for us to take pictures at your school.
See the pictures instantly. We use high end digital cameras so teachers can see the portraits immediately on a viewing station.
The choice is yours. Twisted River can select the images that parents will preview or you can decide. After all, you know your students best.
Then, we will return with the proofs and ordering forms within 1 week. Parents will be able to choose from several packages ensuring they get exactly what they want.
All images are then sent to a professional lab and printed on true photographic paper.
The prints are delivered on the agreed delivery date.

Dressing for Pictures

Choosing an outfit for school pictures is really a matter of personal taste. However, consider choosing colors that compliment the background color rather than contrasting with it. The right clothing colors will bring attention to the face rather than the clothing. We will send home a flyer showing a sample of the background before picture day to better help you to prepare.

Solid colors in medium to dark tones photograph best. Avoid large patterns and all-white or pastel outfits. These colors draw attention away from the most important part of the portrait... your child!

(For boy graduate students we recommend a shirt with a collar.
For girl graduate students hairstyles need to accommodate the graduation cap.)

1. I missed the order deadline, what are my options?
Don’t worry, you have the option to mail your order in or take advantage of our secure online ordering system. Orders placed after the deadline can not be guaranteed the same delivery date as orders placed on time.

2. What if something is wrong with my order?
We have a 30 day 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you have a problem, contact us within the 30 days from the date of delivery to the school and we will correct the problem to your satisfaction or we will reimburse your payment.

3. There is something on the order form that I do not understand, who can I speak with?

4. I am moving or my child is changing schools, how do I get my pictures?
Please call, we can make delivery arrangements to meet your needs.

5. How long does it take to get the pictures?
On average 4 weeks from collection of orders. There are some things that can happen which can cause a delay. If you are concerned, please contact us.
